I just finished a presentation at Rotary. They were great at receiving my message and asking thoughtful questions and sharing insights in regard to their own health and wellbeing. I very much enjoyed the whole experience. My central theme was around fitness, exercise and mental health. It was an interesting topic and quite timely in today's high stress world. Thank you to Rotary for the invitation. It was much appreciated.

What an afternoon! Drove to Mainland on the Port Au Port peninsula and walked into a field. At 5:10 all went quiet, the sea became calm, the birds ceased chirping, the earth went dark. Peaceful. Nature is awesome!!
