Hello everyone!

We hope you have had an incredible summer. I'm still in Korea for visiting my family. I will be back this week.

We wanted to let you know that returning students DO NOT need to come for in-person registration. You can fill out the registration form sometime during the first week of classes. Any returning student can let us know by email, Facebook message, or call (709-216-7479) and Monthly dues for the upcoming year will be $90/student, and $45 for any additional family members.

*Taekwondo NL (formerly NLATU) student registration fees $65*

New student registration will be held on Thursday, September 3rd at 5-7PM.

Classes will begin on Wednesday, September 9th.

We will be posting the new schedule sometime this week(almost same as last season).

The last day of taekwondo classes before summer break is Wednesday June 17th.

5:30-7 pm: Games for all ages/belts
7:15-8 pm: Regular class for all ages/belts

We've had an amazing year, we want to say thank you so much to parents and students for supporting our taekwondo community. We hope everyone can come out and enjoy with us next Wednesday.

Monday class

Little Tigers (age 4-7) 530-6 pm
Youth Low Belt (White-Green) 615-7 pm
Youth High Belt(Blue st&above)/Adult (all belt) 715-8 pm

Wednesday Poomsae class

White - Yellow st 530-6 pm
Yellow - Blue st 616-7 pm
Blue - Black 715-8 pm

Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday classes will be same schedule.

Best of the West Championships
Registration deadline: All athletes must complete and submit the Competitor Information Form to Master JoungKeun Yoon. Registration fees($30) must be received by Taekwondo NL April 29, 2026.

Taekwondo NL informed that the WESTERN OPEN tournament (May 2) was cancelled this year due to insufficient numbers. Taekwondo NL is going to work with board representatives in the area to see if they can come up with an alternate plan for an event in our area. Those that have paid already will receive a full refund.

Easter Break Taekwondo schedule- April 2nd (Thursday), 2025

Easter egg hunt and game day for
Little Tigers class. 5:30 - 6:15 pm
Low/high belt class 6:30 - 7:15 pm

Regular sparring class (all belt) 7:30 - 8:30 pm

Students can dress up in regular clothes for games . Bring your bucket to fill with chocolate!

April 3rd - 12th, 2025 : No classes for Easter Break

Women's class will resume Friday April 10th
All regular classes will resume Monday April 13th
Let us know if you have any question.
