Traditional Chinese Southern Lions are consecrated with the red dotting ceremony before embarking to bestowed positive energy, good health, peace, stability & security to businesses and homes. The consecration transform the lions into blessed representation of the spirit of good, security, stability and not just a costume at the same time the traditional Southern Chinese Lion performers and the team receive the same in return by accepting the offerings in the form of lettuces and red envelops that contain certain amount of money that businesses and homes would hang in front of their entrance doors.
