Our new location is now open and ready to bring you the best facility and martial arts instruction that the Foley Family is known for! Programs Offered:
Kenpo Karate, K-1 style Kickboxing, Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, Ladies only Kickboxing, Self Defense, Group Conditioning, Karate Kids (Ages 6+), Little Ninjas (Ages 4-6 years).
