Unicorn tanning has made my glitter brain lose track of the days!!

Sorry - here's Monday's workout🦄🦄

Do the exercises one after the other. The group of five EQUALS ONE REP. (Some of you have seen this before - it's my traveling favorite)

40 reps

1 burpee
1 push up
1 jump jack
1 sit up
1 donkey kick

Don't change the order of the exercise. Use something like coins or poker chips to keep track of your number.

Donkey kick:
1) place both hands on the floor
2) lock elbows tight
3) kick both feet in the air (like a donkey kicking)

For time - complete all of the following.

50 jump ups or steps ups (on two home stairs)
50 squats

40 sit ups
40 lunges (alternating)

30 burpees
30 KB swings

20 push ups
20 v sits

Finish with (pick one)
1 km run or walk
Or 1km on treadmill
Or 1km on stationary bike
Or 100 skips
Or 100 high knees and 100 kick backs.

in case I haven't reached everyone here is the info for while I'm away!

MONDAY - WEDNESDAY 6PM CLASS
All evening classes are cancelled BUT I will be posting workouts to HEATHER's GYM FB page.

TUESDAY - THURSDAY 1:10PM CLASS
All afternoon classes will be held at the same time at CROSSFIT MOZOMO.

ALL classes will resume normal time and place starting MARCH 7th.

Workout number #1

Find an open space and go UNICORN crazy!!

10 rounds for time:

5 squats
5 lunges
5 burpees
5 sit ups
5 KB swings

If you don't have a kettle bell use a dumb bell. No dumb bell? Sub 15 on the spot high knees.
