A little share of of Laura Jane’s pre-Pilates days for the inquiring minds who want to know :)

She created an App a long while back (when it was difficult), to teach parents sweet little rhyming games for their little ones. You know… all the things we are losing now to tech :)

Her App won her a unique opportunity to join 11 other women in Silicon Valley with Tech Women Canada, where she was mentored by the Marketing Director of Facebook, pitched folks at Google and YouTube, and lunched at Apple’s new round office in Cupertino.

Had a blast! However, it was Laura Jane’s return home where she decided she loved Pilates soooo much more than tech or TV.

Then came Titan Pilates!

QUALITY MOVEMENT is underrated by so many. Until you learn the value by doing it and feeling the instant results.

Oddly, we understand when machines break down that the repair requires putting pieces back where they belong to reduce shear and poor lever mechanics etc.

But because our bodies are so smart and adaptable, we just continue with status quo until the bones have changed so much, they require surgery or a long-term solution.

The easier solution is ALWAYS to maintain high quality movement in the joint because “a muscle is only ever as functional as the joint is aligned.”
