We are "The Collingwood Oroginal", and our mission is to "Build a stronger Collingwood one workout at a time". Our philosophy differentiates from most other CrossFit facilities. We strongly believe in Functional Movement and keeping our workouts Constantly Varied. However, we believe Relati

ve Intensity is more important than the promotion of High Intensity. Building stronger, healthier and increased mobility in major joints is the most important aspect of our facility. This can only be achieved by education, self-experimentation, and implementation to our athletes as a whole.
