September is already filling its spaces… and there are only a few appointments left. 🖤

The studio doors will be gently closed this week as we take a moment to rest, restore, and honor the rhythm of the seasons. 🖤

No classes will be held Monday August 10th to Monday August 17th — we’ll return refreshed and ready to flow together again on Tuesday August 18th.

May this little pocket of stillness invite you to slow down, breathe deeply, and create your own sacred moments at home. ✨
