It’s official! Shawn has been promoted to the Lead Associate Professional position at
Shawn has been with The Golf Club since the beginning. He has been with us through thick and thin - the shut downs, the start ups, the constant changes, but regardless of the chaos Shawn was a constant. Terri and I are grateful for his loyalty and support.
It hasn’t always been easy. Our expectations for performance and ex*****on are high. Through lots of conversations, growth and development Shawn became someone we could trust and share a lot of laughs with. A few years ago it all clicked when Shawn made the comment, “I get it now. I get what you guys see” regarding managing staff and our standards for TGC.
Some of Shawn’s strengths are his willingness to learn, accept areas that need improvement and his greatest strength might be his customer service. I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone as patient, caring, supportive and hospitable to members, guests and customers as Shawn.
Terri and I are honoured that we have had a part in supporting Shawn these last few years and proud of his latest win.
