U17 AA Comets have already finished their preliminary round at the EP Islanders' Battle on the Water. Lost the Friday night game to the She Devils, but rebounded with 2 strong defensive wins against the PEI Riptide and the Southern Black Bears.

Players of the games were:

Ava, with a hot bat and solid D!
Charissa with a one hit shutout!
And Riley with two picks at second and third!

Now we wait!

🥎 Another Busy Night at Flagstone Fields! 🥎

All three Flagstone Fields were buzzing with action tonight as:

🔹 U11 #1 took on the LWF Frenzy
🔹 U13A faced off against Highland Park
🔹 Our two U9 Comets teams battled each other in an all-Comets matchup

Congratulations to our U13A Comets, who came away with a hard-fought 12-8 victory over Highland Park in a great game!

Our U9 Comets were also ready to play tonight. The bats were swinging, both teams collected some great hits, and there were plenty of outstanding defensive plays on the field. Most importantly, the girls cheered each other on and demonstrated fantastic sportsmanship throughout the game. It was wonderful to see their enthusiasm and love for the game on display!

A big thank you to Domino’s for once again providing Player of the Game certificates for all of our House League players this season. Your continued support helps make each game even more special for our athletes! 🍕👏

Our U11 Comets A team is back from a jam-packed weekend at the Stratford Swing-Off in PEI!

With only one exhibition game and one on-field practice before hitting the road, these girls proudly represented Nova Scotia and made a huge statement.

The Comets finished the round robin with a 2-1 record, highlighted by two mercy-rule victories. They carried that momentum into the quarterfinals, earning another mercy-rule win to advance to the semifinals against the host Stratford Stealers.

Although the final result wasn’t what we had hoped for, the Comets battled until the very end. They jumped out to an early lead and showcased strong hitting and solid defensive play throughout the game. Despite their effort, they were unable to hold off a late push from the Stealers.

We are so proud of these athletes for their hard work, determination, and sportsmanship all weekend long. The future is bright for the Comets!

Congratulations to the players, coaches, and families on a fantastic opening tournament weekend! 🥎
