Here's your Monday motivation:
Real breakthroughs don’t happen behind a desk, they happen when you’re out on the trail finding that second gear. There’s a raw energy that takes over when you're hitting a physical climb one minute and a high-pressure brain teaser the next. It’s about more than the sweat, t’s seeing how clearly you can communicate when your heart rate is up and the challenge is real. Our team is out in the woods this week pushing that pace to help you recalibrate for the week ahead.

On International Women's Day we are celebrating our amazing women leaders.

Lily Rowbotham is already making a big impact in the community as a leader, entrepreneur, and role model for young people.

Lily began her entrepreneurial journey at just 12 years old when she created her own Irish Dance performance troupe , performing at festivals and community events. Having grown up participating in the camp environment herself, Lily developed a passion for working with kids and creating fun, active experiences for them.

Today she is a Lead Facilitator at Wild Life Academy, where she focuses on kids programs including dance, pom/cheer, fitness, art classes, and camp leadership. She has also been a Program Director for the Wild Life Camp for several years, helping create memorable experiences for local kids.

Lily has been dancing for over 15 years and is trained in Irish, Lyrical, Jazz, Hip Hop, and Tap. She is also an accomplished hybrid and obstacle course racer who has competed at the DEKA World Championships for three years, earning multiple podium and top five finishes.

While balancing all of this, Lily is currently completing her Early Childhood Education diploma at Georgian College.

We are incredibly lucky to have Lily as part of the Wild Life Academy team. Her energy, creativity, and dedication to helping kids grow with confidence and joy make a lasting impact on every program she leads. 💜
