A huge thank you to everyone who came out to our Show, Shine & Skate BBQ on June 6! 🚗🛼🌭

We experienced a small delay getting some of our event media sorted, but we’re excited to finally start sharing the memories with you!

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the day such a success. We loved seeing the incredible vehicles, smiling faces, and community spirit throughout the event.

One whole year later and we keep rollin on! These amazing humans have been helping build roller skating in our community and their efforts are above and beyond anything I could’ve imagined. I’m grateful for all we have achieved and for the fact that we have formed friendships for life ❤️ Yay US!! Lakeland Ladykillers Roller Derby League boom 95.3 HOT 101.3 FM G&C DJ Services
The Cold Lake Cruisers were apart of our anniversary celebration yesterday too - who doesn’t appreciate the classic cars?! They were all amazing!
Special shout out again to our local sponsors that helped us raise over $600 for the Ladykillers 🙏🏻
Pure Creations Events & Design for her talents with the decor, for printing our posters, Hamel’s Meats Cold Lake for all the hot dogs, Sobeys for the buns and condiments, Wholesale for all the drinks, PourHouse Bar & Grill for lending us their BBQ and donating all the pasta salad, and finally, to my sister Bonnie Folkard who kept us fed AND entertained with her bbqing skills and hot dog costume 😂
And last but not least, BIG love and appreciation to our amazing community of City of Cold Lake for continuing to come out and support 😍🛼
