Let's celebrate Danny Hunter's extraordinary life, a kind soul who spread joy and positivity wherever he went, leaving an unfillable void in our lives. As a devoted husband and father, he prioritized his loved ones, yet consistently showed up with unwavering enthusiasm and dedication.
To honor his remarkable spirit, we're hosting a special day to commemorate his good vibes and effortless energy.

On Sunday, May 24th, all classes will be supported by cash donations, which will be given to his family. You're invited to join a free ride, contributing whatever amount you can, giving it your all to honor his massive energy he carried and shared at thefitco. The doors will remain open to all, with waivers available for non-regular attendees; to reserve a spot, simply log into your account to sign the waiver. Although spots are limited, the vibes are endless.

Plant Yoga🌿

Join us for a nourishing Plant Yoga experience, an all-levels Hatha practice woven with plant wisdom. We’ll move slowly and intentionally, guided by restorative breathwork and meditation, while working with plant tinctures and teas to support the body and calm the nervous system.

This class is an invitation to root into presence. Feel your feet on the ground, your breath moving through you, your senses awakening.

By incorporating plants, we remember our deep connection to the Earth, and learn to listen inward, returning again and again to the wisdom of our own breath.

Expect gentle strength, deep rest, and a grounded, open-hearted reconnection to yourself and the living world around you. 🌱
