**NEWS - 2025/2026 HUNTING SEASON**
The kickoff of the CNE means that Fall is just around the corner. We are looking forward to another great season of upland gamebird hunting. If you are new to our site, thanks for checking us out. You won't be disappointed.
Bird’s Eye View Game Farm has been in operation since 2001. With over 300 acres in beautiful Northumberland County, we provide our hunters with a great location to spend time in the outdoors while pursuing pheasants and/or chukars. As we are operating on an active farm, the topography changes with the crops and harvest leading to a unique experience.
We have expanded our pheasant capacity at our home operations with new “rearing flights pens” to provide better flight-conditioned and weather-conditioned birds.
We offer Minnesota Wilds as our pheasant breed of choice. This breed is shown to fly better with less inclination to run.
Whether you are a newly licensed hunter looking for that first-time hunting experience or a seasoned hunter, we’ve got you covered.
Whether you are coming on your own, with a few friends or part of a large/corporate group, we can accommodate your needs.
Our guides are an integral part of our operation. We are fortunate to have excellent guides as part of our operation. We are looking for additional guides to join our guiding team. We would prefer a pointing dog but will also entertain a well-trained flusher. We are particularly, looking for guides who have weekday availability. If this sounds like you, please reach out.
If you have your own hunting dog, you are always welcome to use your own. (Non-guided hunt).
Fee Schedule 2025-2026
We are pleased to let you know that our fees for the upcoming season have not changed and are as follows:
Pheasants: $110 for a minimum of 4 pheasants with additional birds at $25 each.
Chukars: $100 for a minimum of 6 chukars. Additional birds are $15 each.
Guiding Service: $100 flat rate for 1-4 hunters (up to 3 hours included); additional time at $25/hour if needed). Five (5) hunters: $125. Double guides are required for 6+ hunters.
Chukars will be available within the next two weeks. Pheasants are available now. The booking portal on our website is now open or you can call us directly to book.

Wholesale Birds from our Home Location
We also offer pheasant and chukars at wholesale prices that can be picked up from our home where we raise the birds.
Our prices for wholesale birds are as follows:
Pheasants:
• 10 or less - $18 each;
• 11 or more - $15 each;
Chukars
• 10 or less - $15 each;
• 11 to 49 - $13.50 each;
• 50 or more - $12 each.
Ammunition
We continue to hold a permit to sell ammunition. We have a variety of both 12 gauge and 20 gauge shot sizes available either by the box or by flat.
