🇨🇦 Remembrance Day | November 11, 2025 🇨🇦

Though we are now 80 years removed from World War II and over 100 years from World War I, Canada has not forgotten. Even today, men and women continue to serve in our military—standing ready to defend our nation and the God given freedoms we hold dear.

Every time we step out to vote, speak freely, or gather in our communities, we live out the blessings of those sacrifices. Let’s take time today to remember those who came before us—those who stood for freedom, and those who made the ultimate sacrifice.

Belt Test Day 🔥👊
What a day at IPPON Karate Dojo! Two powerhouse groups — our White to Orange Belts and our Green to Brown Belts — brought the energy, spirit, and determination all day long.

From crisp Kata to fierce Kumite, every athlete pushed their limits and hit personal bests. The focus, discipline, and heart on display today showed exactly what karate is all about — spirit, respect, and perseverance.

Proud doesn’t even begin to describe it. 🥋👏
Congratulations to everyone who stepped on the floor today — you earned it!
