Our annual Cross Fire Position Specific Skills Camp is coming up once again this August from the 10th-14th in Cochrane, and the 24th-28th in Medicine Hat. The camp includes 2 ice times per day as well as one session, and one classroom session. Our Summer Hockey School is just around the corner and all age groups are beginning to fill up! New this year is the addition of a second half day initiation camp in the afternoon. P3 Sports, Nationals Spring Hockey Program is partnering with Cochrane Minor Baseball Association!

This will allow Nationals Players of all ages to play together in TWO SPORTS for the Spring Months!!!

This exciting new partnership allows young players to develop their hockey skills in the Spring Months with Professional P3 Hockey Coaches, while still being able to develop their overall physical literacy as a young athlete!

Every National Player will receive baseline testing at the beginning of the Spring and re-tested at the end to quantify their overall development!!!

Novice strong side breakout attempt. Teach Puck Patience and D to D puck support and passing to create more time and space for your players making it easier for them to break out of your d zone. You'll notice 5 black jerseys on the strong side of the ice. A pass to the weak side D and they should have plenty of time to start skating and make a good play head manning the puck.

95% of passes made behind the play are complete. Less than 30% of passes made up ice are successful. The message is sometimes a step back is necessary to successfully move forward.
