Workshop developer & facilitator for personal development including boundary setting, anxiety, chaos, trauma and advanced communication. Specializing in connective experiential coaching - families, couples, groups and individuals. My passion is to teach and connect, with a background and education in counselling skills, group workshops and horsemanship. Children and those who are struggling with emotional challenges are especially welcome.
