Why choose one sport when you can benefit from both?
The Crossover Challenge is a 4-week multi-sport development series designed to help athletes become more complete competitors by combining hockey and lacrosse training. The crossover benefits between the two sports are undeniableβimproving footwork, agility, hand-eye coordination, spatial awareness, decision-making, compete level, and overall athleticism.
