Mill Bay Shidokai Judo Always looking for smiling new faces on the mats. Come down and join us.

Founded in July 2003, Shidokai Judo in Mill Bay BC, has been running under the supervision of Head Sensei Michael Turner. Senseis goal has been to introduce Judo to as many children as possible while tackling the issue of physical literacy missing in so many children these days. Currently classes available right now:
*Petite Samurais, ages 4-7 years old, Tuesdays from 4-4:45pm
*Juniors,

ages 7-12 years old, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5-6:15pm
*Teens/Competitve Judoka, ages 11-16 years old, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 630-8pm
*Seniors, ages 17+ years old, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 630-8pm
*Personal Protection Gracie Jiujitsu style, ages 13+, Saturdays from 11am-12:30pm

Shidokai Judo was extremely privileged to have the Assistant Provincial Coach, Sensei Kouga Kagei out to the dojo to run a practice along with Sensei Jeremy Grant. The Gut Wrench turnover and the entry into Ouchi Gari were priceless.
Thank you Sensei for taking the time out of your busy schedule to share some of your techniques. We absolutely look forward to your next visit!
