If your summer workout routine was more “I’ll get back to it in September” than *“consistency is key”… same. 😂

But here’s your reminder: you didn’t fail. You took a break.

Getting back into a routine doesn’t mean you need to go from 0 → 100.

Try this instead:

🏋️ Start with 2–3 workouts a week
⏱️ Keep your first few workouts shorter if you need to
💪 Don’t try to make up for missed workouts
📅 Put your workouts in your calendar like any other appointment
👯 Find a class, friend, or routine that makes showing up easier
❤️ Give yourself a couple weeks to rebuild the habit

Most importantly: don’t wait for Monday, next week, or the “perfect” time.

You can start today.

September is a pretty good time to get moving again. 😉
