Outdoor Season is here!!! 🥳

✴️The nets are up! The courts will be cleaned this week and then we are ready to go!

✴️The opening schedule for the first 2 weeks has been posted to team reach. Given the weather, we will run one session a day from 10am - 12pm. The schedule will expand starting the week of May 10. The next schedule will be posted on May 3.

✴️The 2026 Outdoor guidelines will be posted to team reach on Friday, April 24th. This will include our Club Guest Policy.

✴️Please ensure that you are playing on clean, dry courts. Do not play on wet courts and make sure all leaves / debris is swept off the court. Prevent injury and play safe!

✴️Please also double check that your membership is up to date by April 25, 2026. We will review the Team Reach membership list on April 26. Any person on the list that is not an active member will be removed at this time.

We are looking forward to a great outdoor season!🥳🎉

**3 spots remain in the referee clinic hosted by Gloria Wipf at Pickle Point Centre November 15th and 16th. **

Why should you become a pickleball referee??

🧠Deepen Your Knowledge of the Rules
Refereeing forces you to master the official rulebook — you’ll understand the nuances of calls, line judgments, and scoring far better than most players. This often makes you a stronger player yourself!

🏅Stay Involved in the Sport You Love
If you enjoy pickleball but can’t (or don’t always want to) play every match, refereeing keeps you actively involved in tournaments and events. You stay on the court, learn more about the game, and get to watch high-level play up close.

💪Give Back to the Community
By refereeing, you’re helping tournaments run smoothly and ensuring fair, fun competition for everyone.

🌎Be Part of the Sport’s Rapid Growth
Pickleball is the fastest-growing sport in North America. Becoming a certified referee now means you’ll be well-positioned as the sport expands, with opportunities to officiate at local, national, or even international tournaments.

🎉It’s Fun and Social
You’ll meet players, tournament directors, and other referees from all over. The pickleball community is extremely friendly, and being part of that network can be one of the most enjoyable aspects.

🎟️Earn Extra Income (or Perks)
Many tournaments — especially larger or sanctioned events — pay referees per match or offer stipends, travel reimbursement, or free entry. It’s a nice bonus for doing something you enjoy.
