We would like to send a sincere thank you to everyone who came out and supported Round 8 at Clyde River Motocross.
We appreciate you.
We realize that for the majority of riders and families, Clyde River is one of the longest distances you'll travel during the season.
That isn't lost on us.
Just getting to the races ๐น๐ผ๐ด๐ถ๐๐๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐น๐น๐, ๐ณ๐ถ๐ป๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฎ๐น๐น๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฝ๐ต๐๐๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐น๐น๐ is a feat in itself. The travel, fuel, preparation, time away from home and everything else that goes into a race weekend takes an incredible amount of commitment.
The fact that so many of you made that commitment and travelled from across Atlantic Canada to spend the weekend with us means more than we can say.
And what a weekend it was.
The track got rough.
The sand did what Clyde River sand does.
The racing was incredible.
But when we look back on Round 8, what we'll remember most isn't necessarily what happened on the track.
It's the people.
The events of Sunday morning reminded our family once again just how special the motocross community really is.
To everyone who surrounded our family and team during a very difficult moment those who stepped in to help, checked on us, offered support, and showed genuine care and compassion our family will be forever grateful.
This community is a
Big hearts. Grit. Determination. And a willingness to step up for one another when it matters most.
Thank you.
We also couldn't put on a weekend like this without the people working behind the scenes.
To our flaggers, paramedics, gate crew, registration team, announcer, volunteers, track crew and everyone else who helped keep the weekend moving โ thank you for everything you do.
A special thank you goes to my right-hand man, Adam Clattenburg โ Uncle Clatie.
The countless hours you've spent on the dozer, the work you've put into this track and your unwavering dedication to Clyde River Motocross, the kids and myself never go unnoticed.
We're forever grateful for you, Clatty.
I also want to personally thank my wife and kids for giving me the time and space it takes to put these events together. Race weekends don't begin Saturday morning. There are countless hours behind them, and none of this would be possible without the support and sacrifices made at home.
And to our 2026 sponsors โ thank you for believing in what we're building.
Your support helps us continue improving this facility, improving our events and giving the Atlantic motocross community a place we're proud to welcome you to.
Our commitment to supporting the businesses that support us doesn't end when the checkered flag falls. We'll continue recognizing and supporting our sponsors throughout the remainder of the 2026 calendar year.
Most importantly, to every rider, parent, family member, spectator and supporter who made the trip:
Thank you for choosing to spend your weekend with us.
Every packed pit.
Every camper.
Every family along the fence.
Every rider behind the gate.
You made Round 8 what it was.
We hope you went home tired, covered in sand and already thinking about the next one. ๐
There's one round left.

Did you capture something from the weekend?
A battle on the track. A family moment. The packed pits. The fireworks. A funny moment in the paddock. Something happening behind the scenes.
Send your photos and videos to us or tag Clyde River Motocross Track & Trails.
We're building our Round 8 collection and would love to feature some of your moments on our page throughout the year.
Photographers will be credited whenever their work is shared.
Thank you for an unforgettable weekend. ๐งก
