Seems like yesterday.... but it was back in 92’ when a group of people started training together back at Adonis and the rest is history. Today we recall those days and I had this great opportunity to take a few pics and dig up some old Polaroids. I was fortunate to have started my fitness journey with the help and support of many of these individuals, whom if you know, were and are still always willing to help and welcome you to the weight room.
