Once again, the Senior Center and I have teamed together to offer a couple of morning classes this winter. These classes are open to everyone in the community.(No membership required)
Please note Complimentary classes are next week, Jan 16 and 18 and are open to everyone.(those who are new and those who have been to classes in the past)
Regular class sessions start Jan 23 and 25.
Registration is through the Senior Center.

I’m excited to have the opportunity to team up with the Senior Center again this fall for two morning classes.
Complimentary classes will run Sept 7 and 9 if you would like to try a class at no charge(pre registration is required)
Regular sessions begin the week of Sept 12. These classes are registered directly through the Senior Center. Check out the attachments below for dates, times and class descriptions.
These classes are open to everyone in the community ages 18+(members and non members)

COVID POLICY UPDATE
Sept. 19, 2021
As with the new government restrictions, all classes have currently moved to an online zoom format, temporarily, I hope.
Online classes are at a discounted fee as outlined below.

Online class(ZOOM) fees will be as follows:

September
Tuesdays 9:30-10:30am
Wednesdays 7-8pm
$5/class

October
Tuesdays 9:30-10:30am
Wednesdays 7-8pm
$20/month(4 classes-live on zoom or recorded link to view later)

Alternatively, I do have a limited number of spaces available for private individual classes at my home studio. These classes are open to everyone and follow all government guidlines and restrictions. Mats will be spaced at 3M to allow for physical distancing. Masks are required inside but may be removed once on your yoga mat.

Private class pricing
(limited to 1 person OR if from the same household, 2 people )
$50/private class(60min)
$150/package of 4 private classes

Please note that we will continue to follow all AHS and government guidlines and restrictions. As of today, masks will NOT be required, however, if you are more comfortable wearing one, please feel free to do so. Also, we will still follow the recommendation of physical distancing of 2M for now and keep a little more space between our mats. 😊
