Dance Fitness with Traci Dance Fitness calorie burning and toning, moving to latin and international music Hey there. I'm Traci Carberry and I love teaching Dance Fitness. It's easy! Wow!

The reason is simple: Every time you finish my 60min class, you leave feeling great! Come join me and you'll see what I mean. You don't even have to know how to dance. Just move your body and follow my lead. Come try it, I guarantee you will have a blast and you'll feel great too. A 1hr Dance Fitness class you can burn on a average between 800-1000 calories. Dance Fitness and Aerobics will be starting back up for the new year on Sunday, Jan 25 at 7pm Riverside Elementary. No experience needed. This class is for ages 16+
Please remember to bring water and indoor sneakers. Also if doing EMT, please be sure to send within one hour before class. If canceled within by me or yourself then a refund or a credit will be applied....totally up to you!
