⚽️ That’s a wrap on another soccer season!⚽️

We finished off this season with our first-ever U15 Girls Tournament! What a way to celebrate 25 years as a club!🎉⚽️

We hope everyone enjoyed soccer this summer, and we’re already looking forward to seeing you all back on the pitch next season!

⚽️ U15 Girls — What a Battle!💪🔥

Our U15 Girls fought hard in an intensely close semi-final against Gander, pushing the game all the way to penalty kicks!

We are incredibly proud of the determination, teamwork, and heart this team showed today. ❤️⚽️

Congratulations to Gander, who will face Paradise in the final at 1:30 PM

⚽🌟 **What a weekend for CASA’s U13 teams!** 🌟⚽

Our U13 girls and boys teams were in action this past weekend at the NLSA Rising Stars Provincial Tournament, and both teams gave us plenty to be proud of! ⚽

U13 Girls
The girls had an undefeated round robin, showing great teamwork, determination, and skill throughout the weekend! They battled hard in the semifinal but came up just short of a spot in the gold-medal game.

They bounced back in a big way, though, taking the bronze-medal match all the way to penalty kicks bringing home the bronze! 🥉👏

U13 Boys

🔥 Boys: The boys finished with an impressive 9 points, going 2-0 before a hard-fought 2-1 loss to Exploits, who went on to win gold. With 18 teams competing and only 4 advancing, the boys needed 10 points to move on. They gave it everything they had — and even better, they were the only team to score against the eventual champions! 😎⚽🔥

👏 Congratulations to both teams! Your hard work, teamwork, sportsmanship, and determination were on full display all weekend. We are incredibly proud of how you represented CASA!

A huge thank you to our coaches, parents, families, and supporters for everything you do to help these players succeed both on and off the field. 💚

We would like to take a moment to highlight another one of our CASA Soccer Coaches.

Back in July, Noah Hemeon, proudly represented NL on the National stage when he competed with Team NL (U17) at the Canada Ball Hockey Junior Nationals in St. John, NB. Noah and his NL team had a very strong representation at Nationals and finished 4th overall in tier 1 after playing against the strongest ball hockey teams from across Canada. As you can see, a soccer ball is never far away from Noah. Noah started soccer with CASA at the young age of 2 years old when soccer became his very first sport. Soccer is often a part of Noah’s warmup routine in other sports and he encourages all of our CASA players to continue to play soccer. Well done, Noah!
