We would like to take a moment to highlight another one of our CASA Soccer Coaches.

Back in July, Noah Hemeon, proudly represented NL on the National stage when he competed with Team NL (U17) at the Canada Ball Hockey Junior Nationals in St. John, NB. Noah and his NL team had a very strong representation at Nationals and finished 4th overall in tier 1 after playing against the strongest ball hockey teams from across Canada. As you can see, a soccer ball is never far away from Noah. Noah started soccer with CASA at the young age of 2 years old when soccer became his very first sport. Soccer is often a part of Noah’s warmup routine in other sports and he encourages all of our CASA players to continue to play soccer. Well done, Noah!

🎉⚽☀️ Our 2026 CASA season is coming to an end, and it’s time to celebrate an awesome summer of soccer!** ☀️⚽🎉

🌭🍔 Year-End BBQs will take place on Wednesday August 19th and Thursday August 20th during regular session time slots.

🏅Timbits players will receive medals to celebrate an awesome season of soccer!

⚽ And to wrap up the week, we’ll be hosting our Special Olympics BBQ on Friday! We’re looking forward to celebrating our athletes, coaches, and volunteers and ending the season on a high note! 🎉

⚽️💙 **What an exciting weekend of soccer for CASA!** 💙⚽️

Here are a few more highlights from the weekend! 🙌

⚽️ **U9 Boys & Girls**
Our U9 boys and girls represented CASA in Gander! Despite the not-so-great weather, the boys had a fantastic time, made great memories, and enjoyed every minute on the field. Coach Jordan of the U9 girls shared that the girls played beyond his expectations and he was so proud of them, and they too had a laugh in the less than ideal weather! Way to go, everyone! 👏⚽️

⚽️ **U7 Girls**
Our U7 girls spent a beautiful Sunday in Marystown for SoccerFest! 🌞⚽️ They had an absolute blast, and Coach Smith was so proud to see just how much they’ve grown and developed since their last jamboree. Keep up the great work, girls! 💪💙

🏆 **U13 Boys**
A special shoutout to a couple of our CASA U13 boys who had the opportunity to join the South Coast United team this weekend metro league and they brought home **GOLD!** 🥇⚽️

Congratulations, boys! What an amazing accomplishment! 👏💙
