I will be taking a break from scheduled classes for the summer. Last class will be Thursday May 27th. Starting back after labour day. If you have credits, they will be extended.

Thursday morning flow 🧘🏻‍♀️ looks a bit different these days but just as awesome! Sending a big shoutout to this group of ladies. They show up EVERY WEEK whether in studio or online. Now that we have transitioned to 100% virtual, they are still showing up! Love and appreciate you guys so much! ❤️

It is with a heavy heart that I make this announcement. The doors to my
studio will REMAIN CLOSED

This was not an easy decision to make. I put a lot of hard work and love into the studio to make it what it is. After contemplating for some time and about to make a final decision, a wise woman said to me “ you need to think with your head and not your heart.”That was the final nail that I needed.

I want to express my sincere thanks to those who have supported me and helped keep the doors open over the last year and a half. 🙏🏻

This is NOT the end for Mokuso yoga
We will continue online classes via zoom. ( for those of you with existing credits, you can use those up online )
Summer is right around the corner. You will find me on the deck of Bare Mountain Coffee House EVERY Sunday @10 am ( weather pending ) I also have a few pop ups in mind.

I’m a firm believer that when a door closes it’s not the end. It just means you have to find another door to walk through.
