Hey Everyone! In the month of June Clarenville is taking part in the participaction move challenge! I’m happy to be leading a bike ride during the launch party on Sunday June 1st. Follow the town’s social media to get updates.

Here’s a video from my 1st commute to work yesterday morning in 2025. I love cycling into work. This 4.5k ride is a great way to squeeze some movement into my day.

On St. Patrick’s Day ☘️ I got out for a great hike and boil on the Shoal Harbour River Trail in Town of Clarenville "Official Page". This is a beauty trail that runs parallel to the Shoal Harbour River. It’s a moderate hike; but quite manageable for hikers of all abilities. If you’re curious about hiking this trail; feel free to connect with me via DM. I hope everyone is enjoying our beautiful Spring (even on these ‘Sprinter’ days).
