Check this out! NL Health Services is providing a variety of sessions : mental health skills for life!!

Look at the awesome facilitators — you may know these ladies from providing services at the Reach Hub!! Registered social worker Charlotte Parsons and Social Work student Erica Fahey!!

We are so excited for Erica to be completing her work term with NL Health services. No dought, these sessions are going to be great!!

They are all in-person drop-in at 5 Coish Place in Clarenville. All you need is a valid ID and age 18+. Times are from 130-330pm on all dates attached below along with the topics of each session.

We encourage all to attend and learn+gather some amazing tools for your toolbox!

⚠️ ⚠️

To continue with our Paramedic Services Week theme of “Help us, Help you”, we would like to encourage everyone to ensure they have a visible/reflective civic address outside of their home. If your house is within 50’ of the road, having the civic number on the house is acceptable. If your house is more than 50’ from the road or your house is blocked with trees or other obstructions, consider posting a sign like this at the end of your driveway. This allows Paramedics to find your address easier, in the event there is a medical emergency. But also, this can also help us locate your neighbours quicker, to ensure we are heading the right direction. So this initiative could help your family or your neighbours.

Some recommendations for the sign include, having it in reflective colours, 4” high numbers, visible from both directions and close to the road.
