Reminder to all members ❕❕

We ask that all members entering the Rep Room click the unlock button on their Kinect app even if you are arriving with another member who has already unlocked the door! This is what checks you into our system and keeps the member count on the app accurate. It also helps us verify who is an active member and who is not.

Your phone key access is assigned to you only and may not be used to grant access to non-members. Unauthorized guest entry will automatically result in a drop-in fee charge per guest.

How to Set Up Your Membership & Door Key!

Please keep in mind:
You can set up your membership and door key in advance using the link in our bio to save time at the door. That way, your key is ready to go so you can crush your workout 💪🏻

To ensure your key works properly:

* Make sure you have 3 green dots
* Connect to the WiFi: Sportsplex Guest
* Ensure any VPNs are turned OFF

Important Access Information

Your member access cannot be shared. Your digital key fob is linked to your phone only. If you give another person your login information, your phone will be logged out and your key will no longer work on your device.

If non-members are let into the facility using your access, your account will be charged a drop-in fee.

Drop-Ins & Punch Passes

If you purchased a drop-in or punch pass, please make sure you are ready to open the door immediately after pressing unlock so your passes don’t go to waste!
