Ron is just a few days away in prep for his Masters NATIONALS competition.

Deciding to travel from out of town Abbotsford - ensuring there’s always time to stay active and maintain strength is what keeps him moving for the better.

His dedication alone is what keeps us inspired and motivated to have the right programs and training regimen to keep him healthy and built like a machine.

April showers bring May flowers and PRs!
Classes are still in session and progressing into your training couldn’t be anytime better. The group classes and personal training 1-on-1s have been consistent with everyone attending. The right environment and the right people encouraging the right mindset.

There are also a couple of lifters also committing to attending some competitions in the near future and already onset to create new PRs and set higher standards into their training

We are here to simply say keep that momentum on fire! 🔥 We couldn’t be more proud of you all!

Marc continually progressing and currently in prep for his upcoming nationals.
He’s staying consistent on his strength and programming to perform better as well move with ease in his everyday routines.

Congratulations to our Athlete of the Month, Erico !

Erico joined us in July 2023 with a goal of improving mobility and building strength, he trains 3 times a week while juggling a hectic schedule as a father of 3. Erico never misses an opportunity to show up — whether it’s regular training sessions or gym events — and has shown incredible resilience by pushing through training-related injuries without giving up. His hard work has delivered impressive body transformation results, unlocking better mobility and real power in his Olympic lifts. Always full of energy and motivation, Erico continues to compete with himself and inspire those around him. Massive congratulations Erico! Keep leading the way! 💪🔥

Clean and Jerk exercise can be more simple. You just need some cues and techniques to have you take another shot at your PR with confidence.

Learn the breakdown on technique and finding methods on how to improve your clean & jerk.
