2016 GYM NIGHTS START TOMORROW!

With the snow covered trails and short day light hours the best thing you can be doing for your riding is a solid gym program. Valley Bike Guides gym nights will now be at two new locations in both Abbotsford and Chilliwack.

Abbotsford gym nights:
Monday and Wednesday 6-7pm at Life Cycles Bike Shop
$10 per session

Chilliwack gym nights:
Tuesday and Thursday 7-8pm at Vedder Bike Co.
$10 per session

No registration necessary. Drop-in classes
