Most yoga teachers donât need a 300 Hour Training.
There. I said it.
And before anyone gets upset... I teach 300 Hour Trainings.
I believe deeply in continuing education, yet after years of mentoring teachers, Iâve noticed something:
The thing holding most yoga teachers back isnât a lack of knowledge, itâs a lack of confidence, a lack of support, teaching in isolation, not having anyone to ask questions to.
Itâs not having community or mentorship.
Most yoga teachers donât struggle because they donât know enough, they struggle because they donât trust themselves enough.
They donât know how to:
⨠market themselves
⨠charge their worth
⨠hold difficult conversations
⨠navigate real-life teaching situations
⨠build a sustainable career
And no amount of memorizing anatomy is going to solve that.
A great 300 Hour should absolutely deepen your understanding of yoga.
But what transforms teachers isnât the certificate.
Itâs the mentorship.
The practice.
The feedback.
The community.
The integration.
Thatâs why I built the Experiential Teacher Path the way I did.
Inside youâll find:
⨠200, 300 & 500 Hour YTT pathways
⨠Access to specialty trainings and YACEPs
⨠Business of Yoga
⨠Weekly 2-hour mentorship and community calls
⨠Monthly Sutras Study Group
⨠Ongoing support from teachers who are walking the same path
Because becoming a great teacher isnât about collecting certifications, itâs about becoming the teacher you were meant to be.
