Luna moves quietly, but it moves far.

So far, Luna has traveled 1,547 km, visited 2 cities, and been held by 2 people. Not rushed. Not loud. Just carried forward, one pause at a time.

Luna is drawn to stillness, subtle shifts, and moments that unfold slowly. It notices soft light, quiet corners, and the spaces between things. When someone finds Luna, they’re invited to slow down, take it somewhere reflective, and add one small thing: a few words, a sketch, or a thought that surfaced in the quiet. Each entry becomes part of what Luna carries next.

Right now, Luna is in the hands of someone at School District 33 Chilliwack. Keep an eye out.

The goal is simple and ambitious: to connect 50 people through one shared global journey. One book. Many hands. A growing story shaped by attention, not speed.

Happy New Year from This Book Travels.

Another year of pages turned, paths crossed, and small moments that turned into stories. Some of them planned. Many of them not. That’s the magic.

As we step into 2026, we’re wondering:
What kind of adventure are you hoping to say yes to this year?

A place you’ve never been.
A version of yourself you haven’t met yet.
A small, brave moment that changes something bigger.

This Book Travels exists to collect those moments as they move from person to person, story to story. And this year, the journey continues.

Ember is at large in Chilliwack.

She’s the first of five traveling journals released in December 2025. Each one moves from person to person, collecting moments, reflections, and small traces of human connection along the way.

Each journal has its own way of seeing:

Ember (spirited, playful)
Brings color and warm joy.

Scout (curious, upbeat)
Notices small wonders.

Willow (gentle, reflective)
Holds quiet moments and soft thoughts.

Atlas (adventurous, bold)
Moves toward new places, direction, and change.

Luna (observant, calm)
Sees subtle detail and quiet presence.

If you find one, you’re invited to add something of yourself, then pass it along so the journey can continue.

The other four will be released into the world over the coming days.
