I am a BCRPA certified personal instructor that thrives to live a healthier life style and assist people with their fitness along the way. I have been in involved in fitness my whole life and as a professional instructor for over 10 years.

Happy New Year I cant believe that it is January.

I started this journey not just as a business but personally with a goal of helping ones to become healthier and happier.

With all journeys different roads have to be travelled. With life and family commitments I will not be instructing any more Bootcamp sessions.

I really appreciate all the dedication and support that each and everyone committed to Zou Lou Fitness / The Jane Gang.

Hi to all. It's been a hot, hot, hot summer. I cant believe that it is now August.

As a small business owner and for the services provided to the Cultus Lake community. I started this journey not just as a business but personally to help change participants lives, helping ones to become healthier and happier.

Starting September I am using a pay as you go system. This is cash / e transfer / cheque per session. I will honor the existing punch cards, but will not be issuing any new ones. The pay as you go system is $12 per session.

Hi to all. It's only May and the summer is supposed to be hot, hot, hot. I know that a commitment is sometimes a struggle to make the class.

As a small business owner and for the services provided to the Cultus Lake community. I started this journey not just as a business but personally to help change participants lives, helping ones to become healthier and happier. However this comes at a cost and I need to increase my rates.

Starting September the punch cards for 10 sessions will now be 120.00 (12 per session) Or you can pay as you go (e transfer / cash / cheque).

Happy New Year - All the best in 2018.

I am not big on New Years resolutions as some times we put unrealistic expectations on ourselves that we can not maintain. More realistic expectations involve a healthy lifestyle of being active and balanced.

"It is not what you do from xmas to new years it is what you do from new years to xmas".

Monday 08 Jan - is the first session back. Looking at IFB (Indiv Full Body) to start.

Tuesday 09 Jan - is ABT (Abs Butts and Thighs) first session. times are 6:10 to 6:55 pm and there is space aval.

Wed 10 Jan - Circuits.

It would be great if every one can let me know if they are attending the Mon / Wed classes.
