when you finally find a plant protein that doesn't taste like chalk 🌱

Veggiet Global has officially made its way into my daily routine - clean ingredients, 22g of protein, and 13-15g of fiber.

at first, the black bean had me in a chokehold but that matcha has been tasting extraaaa good lately.

one thing i’ll never stop investing in is better quality ingredients.

we’ve been out in bc since march and once we found Meridian Farm Market we truthfully haven’t shopped anywhere else. not just for the quality but for the price as well.

their butcher bundles are such a good way to stock up on protein for the week/month - 100% grass-fed, grass-finished beef, free-run chicken, pork and right now every value bundle comes with a FREE 1lb of extra lean grass-fed ground beef!

lastly, if you’re looking for berries that don’t automatically go bad in 3 days - you’ve found ‘em! 🫐🍒

at the risk of sounding like the everest guy...

👀 get off the couch.

if you're already making the time to go to the gym, don't waste it doing random exercises and hoping for the best.

that's like walking into a kitchen, throwing in every ingredient you like, and expecting a 5-star meal without following a recipe.

my client stopped guessing, followed the plan, and these are her results. 🤝

consistency matters. but so does direction.

stop working hard without a strategy.
