For the last 5 years I have been playing semi professional hockey and over this time I have learned how to properly train to get the best results.

Growing up in Northern BC, there were little options, without having to travel. Because of the limited options, I had to learn how to train the right way through trial and error. Through training and playing with NHL and WHL co

There's a WHL exhibition game coming to Tumbler Ridge, and you can grab tickets at the Shooting & Scoring camp on Monday.

The Tumbler Ridge Figure Skating Club, Curling Association, Minor Hockey and Old Timers Hockey have all gone in on it together as a fundraiser, and everything raised goes back into youth and community sports up there.

There will be a table set up at the Rink Monday morning. If you're dropping your kid off at camp, go say hi and grab a ticket or two. Getting to watch WHL guys play this close to home will be a great experience to see some elite level hockey and it may never happen again! If you like watching hockey, it will be fast and fun to watch!

One weekend to go, then we are back on the ice!

Shooting & Scoring Camp runs Monday to Thursday at the Rec Centre. Four days on a quicker release, better shot choices, and finishing around the net, with a 60 minute ice session every day for each age group.

🏒 Only 3 days left to register for the Chetwynd Power Skating and Skills camp

I just wanted to send out a reminder because the Power Skating and Skills camp is almost full, so for anybody still looking to register, here are the spots still available:

Ages 8 to 10: 1 spot
Ages 11 to 13: 1 spot
Ages 14 to 16: 5 spots

Registration closes in 3 days. You can sign up at PeakHockey.ca, or just message me if you have any questions.

Skills & Power Skating Camp is coming this summer!

Four days of real skating work: edges, crossovers, speed, and puck control, the stuff that makes everything else on the ice easier.

Power skating each morning and skills each afternoon.

Aug 17 to 20 at the Chetwynd Rec Centre Arena. Ages 8 to 16, in small groups so every kid gets lots of coaching.

Shooting & Scoring Camp 🏒

Shooting & Scoring Camp is coming this summer!

Four days all about putting more pucks in the net. We'll work on shot mechanics, a quicker release, finishing around the net, and learning to be a real threat to score.

Aug 31 to Sep 3 at the Chetwynd Rec Centre Arena. Ages 8 to 16, in small groups so every kid gets real coaching.

Can't wait to get to work with great players this summer!

🏒The summer camps are finally open to book!

Thanks everyone for being patient. This year I'm running two camps at the Chetwynd Rec Centre Arena.

Three age groups again, same as previous years, ages 8 to 16, and I'm keeping them small at 15 kids per group so every kid gets real coaching and real reps without crowding the ice.

You can find the breakdown of age groups and all info on the registration page as well as all other info at Peakhockey.ca

Here's a quick rundown of the camps:

🏒 Skills & Power Skating, Aug 17 to 20. Four days of skating and skills, working on faster feet, better edges, and stronger hands for the season, two ice session per day.

🎯 Shooting & Scoring, Aug 31 to Sep 3. Four days all about scoring more goals, a quicker shot, better aim, and finishing around the net.

Hey everyone,
Just wanted to let you all know that Peak Hockey camps are happening again this summer here in Chetwynd. 🏒

I am just waiting on ice confirmation and times before I can post the exact dates. As soon as I have them I will be posting here, so stay on the lookout over the next couple weeks and following weeks for updates.

For anyone who does the Kodiaks camp, I won't be running mine at the same time this year, so feel free to register for both. I wanted to give everyone a few more options this year so you don't have to choose between them.

Looking forward to seeing all of you again this year!

And as always, if you have any questions or just want some training advice this summer, message me anytime, I'm happy to help with anything!

3v3 Camp Update – Please Read

Hi everyone,

I sent an email for those who signed up, but for those who didn't, here is an update on the 3 vs 3 tournament.

The 3v3 camp scheduled for August 24–27 won’t be running this year. Unfortunately, we just didn’t get enough signups to make it work.

Full refunds are being sent right away — please allow up to five business days for it to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

The regular camp the week before is still on, and it’s going to be a great week!

If you’d still like some ice time during the 24–27 dates, I can book the rink for a small skills group. Just send me a message if you’re interested.

Thanks for understanding and for always supporting the camps — I truly appreciate it. Sorry this one didn’t work out this year!
