Just finished tuning and testing the Powderfreaks ski doo 900 bb. This bb was designed to be compliant for the rmsha hillclimb circiut improved class. We're very happy to be sponsoring Brenen 'Bubs' Mulvahill for this race season. We got to take the sled up for some testing today and were supper happy how the sled ran and performed. Dyno graph and graph data chart shows the sleds base line hp and torque stock vs the 900bb. Wishing him the best of luck as he heads off for his first race this Friday.

Here is a quick video on throttle stop adjustment on the borch thumb throttle. There are a few guys having issues breaking cables due to improper setup.. watch the video so you don't ruin a day of sledding.

If you have purchased G5 Torsion spring bushings from us or any of our dealers please contact us or your dealer. Bushings are too tight in the spring and need to be cut down a bit. Please contact us so we can arrange for replacement bushings to be sent out.

Hi Guys, been a while since I posted anything. Sorry been busy. If anyone out there is thinking about a big bore for their ski goo g4 or g5 or polaris 850 give us a call. I have both our ski doo 912 and polaris 940 bb available to test ride so u know exactly what to expect if you decide to go this route. If you love tree riding nothing beats the instant throttle response and torque of our big bores. Our bb kits all come with ecu flashes so there's no messing with fuel controllers that always seem to eventually fail. I spend countless hrs tuning so that you end up with a engine that performs flawlessly. Give us a call and set up a test ride.

We have been hard at work developing a 970 big bore for the polaris based off the 850 motor. Started on it last summer and have been tuning and testing this winter. Just finished tuning the sled with slp twin pipes. With a stock single pipe this motor makes 193hp . To put that in terms that peiple can better understand we tested against a polaris boost at 7000ft elevation. Jumping back and forth between the 2 sleds which were both 155" there really was no noticeable difference in top end power. What was very noticeable was the bottom end and midrange power. The bb is a beast down low. Squeeze the throttle and you have instant track speed . With the twin pipes the throttle response and midrange power is even more impressive. This sled is so much fun to ride and it is a handful to hang onto because the power delivery is so explosive. Here are the dyno results with the twin pipes. Peak power is 203.5hp at 8250rpm
