The Chelmsford Golf Course We accept cash or interact, we do have an ATM in the club house available to use. The Chelmsford Golf Course has been a family run establishment since 1975.

It has been known as being the hidden diamond in the rough of Sudbury also we have been known as being called "Old Chemmy". Howie Schnarr purchased the course in 1975 with his help from his dear friend Patricia Claven who went by the name of "Momma Pat". Pat was the cook for decades of years leading up to her passing in 2010. Howie and Pat made this course feel like it was everyones second home. H

owie ran the course for over 35 years until his passing in 2015, and from there on the Baltessen family took it over. We hope to make them proud and carry their legacy on.

This start to the season was one we haven’t saw in decades.

Here’s a little video to show you a brief idea of what we had to do before opening. It was lots of work, cleaning up all the sand that had came up from the river.

We do our best to make sure the course is in great shape for everyone. We appreciate each and every one of you for supporting us.
