So excited to announce that we will be offering one-off grooming and leading lessons this fall for all abilities! Tuesdays, wednesdays and thursdays from 430-530 and 530-630. Bring your kids, bring a friend! Group rates available. Individual lessons are 40$ for one hour 🥰🐴

Don't sit on this, prices are subject to change next year and spots are limited and filling up fast. We are only booking 2 weeks in advance, as we have to go by weather and daylight hours. 🌞

🌈🐴 FOREVER IN OUR HEARTS, SPIRIT 🐴🌈

It is with completely broken hearts that we share the sudden loss of our beloved miniature horse, Spirit.

Following an accident this week, Spirit crossed the Rainbow Bridge.

Spirit was so much more than a mini—he was a gentle teacher, a trusted friend and a very special part of Hooves & Hearts. He helped our students build confidence, practise new skills and experience the quiet, healing connection that only a horse can offer.

He loved scratches, pink peppermints and spending time with his best friend, Mrs. Frizzle. The friendship they shared was truly one of a kind.

We want to sincerely thank Melanie Gignac and her family for sharing their sweet boy with us and with all of our students. Because of their generosity, Spirit was able to touch so many lives and create memories that will always be treasured.

Spirit taught us so many lessons during his time with us. Now, he is teaching us one of the hardest lessons of all—the lesson of saying goodbye and remembering just how precious our time together truly is.

We are devastated by this unexpected loss. Spirit will be deeply missed by his family, our volunteers, our students and everyone whose heart he touched.

Thank you, Spirit, for every gentle moment, every lesson and every memory. You helped make Hooves & Hearts what it is, and your hoofprints will remain on our hearts forever.
