Did you know that you don't have to be a member at the YMCA to participate in classes?? You can get a day pass. Varying prices between $9 and $13!! So come to Zumba!! Super fun high energy class - did I mention fun?? Wednesdays at 5:30 😁

SOOOO excited to get to instruct Zumba classes at Ascension Dance Studio on Friday March 25 and Friday April 1st @ 8pm. I can't even begin to tell you what a great space this is and how much fun we have!

You also HAVE to check out the other adult drop in classes they offer.

MARCH 25:

- Partner Dance from 6:30pm to 7:30pm. Join us for a new way to spend date night. Cancel your dinner reservation and instead learn a dance choreographed for you and your significant other to a mix of love songs. This class is $25 plus tax per couple and there are only two spots left!

- Zumba with Lisa Faber from 8:00pm to 9:00pm. Feel empowered while you get your workout on. Lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape. An energetic Friday night out for only $13.27 plus tax.

Tonight is the night!! Come try a Zumba class at Ascension Dance!

Lose yourself in the music, find yourself in shape. Dancing is a fun way to exercise, this class is perfect for beginners who are curious about what Zumba is or those who want an upbeat adventure. Zumba rule: if you don't know a move, shake it till you make it!

This class would be a great hour getaway to shake off the mid-week struggles and boost your positive energy to carry you to the weekend. Our instructor Lisa Faber is amazing, outgoing and so friendly and supportive. It will definitely be a dance party with Lisa as our Zumba cheerleader!
