Why is this year going to be different? Why do you need to get in shape? What does it mean to you to achieve your goals? What is your life going to look like this time next year? If you start making those changes today? Let me tell you about my why. He’s sitting on that bike. He’s watching me lift weights. He’s asking me why protein is so important in my meals he is learning from everything that I do. It’s my job as his mom to teach him how to live his best life so let me ask you again.
