Ready to start your Pilates journey? Join Lindsey for a supportive 6 week beginner series designed to help you build a strong foundation, improve posture, and move with confidence.
In this series, you’ll learn the fundamental Pilates principles, including breath, alignment, and core activation, while exploring beginner-friendly exercises that strengthen, lengthen, and energize the body. Each week builds on the last, so you’ll gain skills and confidence in a safe, welcoming environment.
Perfect for complete beginners or anyone looking to refresh the basics. By the end of the series, you’ll leave with the tools to move into regular classes feeling confident and empowered.
💫While this is a series, we welcome those who may not be able to attend every session. Please note that no make-up classes will be offered for missed classes due to cancellations or illness. The cost has been adjusted to provide good value, even if you’re unable to attend all weeks.💫
