Each year I train at least one pregnant client?

In my 20 years of training (yes, this year marks my 20th year of personal training) I’ve always had that pleasure.

This last year, I was that pregnant client. I weight trained about 3-5x a week during the full course of my pregnancy and continued running up until about 32 weeks.

Every client has different abilities, and every trimester has specific guidelines to follow for safety measures.

If I’ve trained you through your pregnancy before, I just want to thank you for having me be such an important part to your healthy pregnancy.

Its one of the most rewarding phases to train one of you beautiful ladies!

A lot of things have changed in this past year…

The one thing that hasn’t….
Is the reality we all need to exercise!

Whether it’s for your physical or mental health, strength or fat loss, or maybe you just want to look good & feel good again!

exercise is a huge component in keeping ourselves healthy & boosting our immunity

Body is changing.
Mindset is changing.

Though I may not have any control over my body shape, my changing hormones, or the worlds chaotic changes during these times (covid).

I choose to put focus on what I do have control over.

I have control over how i choose to view life, manage stress, and put effort in towards keeping a healthy pregnancy through:

✨daily exercise
✨self care
✨positive thoughts

Not many things keep me off my goal setting game, or from consistently working hard in the gym...

However, between adjusting to some new hormonal changes, digestive issues, and some decreased energy these last few months, I realized my focus and energy needed to go to that...

👉🏻 My internal health 👈🏻

And guess what? Its paying off!

Finally feeling like myself again 😁
