Meet Mya ✨

Hi everyone! My name is Mya, and I’ve been part of the Just Breathe Yoga community for almost a year as a Pilates student. After recently earning my Mat Pilates Specialist certification, I’m so excited to begin teaching classes for all levels.

As a retired competitive dancer and current nursing student, movement has always been a huge part of my life. Pilates helps me find balance within a busy schedule, and I hope my classes can help you do the same.

My goal is for every person to leave class feeling stronger, more confident, and proud of what their body can do. I’m incredibly excited to start this new journey and connect with so many amazing people along the way.

I can’t wait to move with you soon 🤍

We are beyond excited to celebrate our top two winners of the January Yoga & Pilates Challenge at Just Breathe Yoga!

Our Just Breathe community continues to prove how powerful it is when we support, motivate, and uplift one another. Watching everyone push themselves, try new classes, and stay committed throughout the challenge has been incredible to witness.
