POLE • HAMMOCK • HOOP 🤩 learn the foundations of all 3 apparatuses in our ENTRY LEVEL class ~ designed for absolute beginners, just like you! Every Wednesday @ 5:10pm until the end of August.

✅ Register on the website to save your spot! Dress comfortably, bring water & we go barefoot! All abilities are welcome - we offer small class sizes and individualized teaching so you can progress at your own pace.
