Mountainbike Park Report #4 Friday May 29th

Short and Sweet!!

After 8 weeks all trails are open, including The Darkside, with one small detour.

And here's the crew that made it all happen. Actual humans, not elves, boy do we not like that term. Its not magic, its a lot of planning and flat out hard work but we love it and we know you all love the product that we proudly deliver!

Missing is Jeff P.

Have a great season!!

Mountainbike Park Report #3 Friday May 15th

Long weekend ahead and the weather looks great for riding, perfect time to open some more trails! As of Saturday morning we'll be opening Coastline, Crab Trap Glades, Lower Plamu and Fishladder, with a small detour on Fishladder, just follow the arrows.

Lots of new updates on Coastline to check out and if everyone could please respect the closures on the trails we haven't gotten to yet. Makes our work a lot easier and will get things opened earlier.

Cheers

🚵‍♂️ Mountainbike Park Report #2 Wednesday May 6th 🚵‍♂️

It's been a bit of a slog through the snow, frost, wind, and rain over the last few weeks but here's the news you've been waiting for. At 4pm today banners are dropping on the Westside Trails, Pumptrack, and Skills Park. This includes Green Machine, Blue Nuit, Blackfly and Twisted Shifters, a little something for all skills levels!

All the Eastside trails, including Coastline, still remain closed. That's where the trail crew are moving next to dial it in for the season. You'll notice some updated features on Bleu Nuit and Surf n Turf!

Hopefully everyone has a great Mountainbike season, we're looking at around 7 months of riding, get out there and, RIDE SMART!

-Mountainbike Park Report #1 Friday April 17th-
Well we're back with a great crew to prep all the bike trails for this coming season. The last few springs we were open exceptionally early but this past winter delivered a little more snow and we're chasing it away with shovels, rakes, chainsaws and tamper. Still no exact time on opening but you will be the first to know. As usual our first goal is to open all the Westside trails. The best thing you can do to help speed this up is to please stay off the trails till they're ready. Riding closed wet trails slows down our progress and delays the season for all riders. Please spread that word, as you can see in the one picture just two tires makes a lot of mess for us to fix, and couldn't have been much fun to ride or push their bikes.
Cheers and more reports to come as we get closer to opening.

Mud Season

We are officially in the "patience phase" of spring. All trails are closed, and while we wait for them to dry out, our team is hard at work behind the scenes getting the trails ready for you.
