Luis Roman- Flexi-Fitness PEI Flexi-Fitness PEI is the fitness umbrella which encompasses all of the fitness modalities I currently teach, Spinning, ZUMBA and Strong Fitness.

My name is Luis Roman and I have been a group fitness instructor for over 30 years. Flexi-Fitness PEI is the fitness umbrella which encompasses all of the fitness modalities I currently teach, Spinning, ZUMBA and STRONG along with a dance Jazz class in th Betsy Haug Technique. Regardless of which class you take with me I can guarantee you a challenging and highly effective workout that will be suited to your fitness level.
