The Lifting Lab is growing… and you’re going to want in 👀

Starting May 4th, we’re moving from 2 → 4 days/week 🔥

More chances to train.
More strength.
More progress.
Same unreal energy.

Here’s the weekly breakdown:

⚡ Monday – Jerk Focus
🏋️‍♀️ Tuesday – Back Squat Strength
🔥 Wednesday – Clean Focus
💪 Thursday – Upper Body (Push + Pull)
➡️ Fridays will be reserved in case we need to reschedule (weather, coach sick, emergencies)

This is a 7-week progressive program designed to actually get you stronger:
✔️ Test week
✔️ Build phase
✔️ Deload
✔️ Retest + celebrate

Whether you’re:
– Brand new and wanting to learn how to lift
– Ready to level up your training and want a structured program to follow
– Coming from postpartum or just getting back into it
– Navigating menopause and wanting to feel strong, capable, and in control of your body again

You can train 1–4x/week depending on your schedule — and still make serious progress.

LIFT SO HARD — WE’RE BACK… SQUAT CYCLE 🏋️‍♀️😜

🔁This 7-week Lift So Hard Cycle is all about learning the Back Squat and building real strength from the ground up.

1️⃣Week one is to establish a baseline, it can be treated like a 1RM test or for newer athletes it will be more like an introduction to the lift then spend the next few weeks building strength and confidence with smart progressions like pause squats and tempo squats. These variations help athletes learn control, improve positioning, and build strength in the hardest part of the lift. From there we gradually increase intensity, allow the body to recover with a deload week, and finish by retesting for a new PR.

1RM Test/Or Intro to Lift

Volume foundation

Pause squat (strength in the hole)

Tempo squat (control & positioning)

Heavy strength work

Deload

PR week 💥
Technique → Control → Strength → Peak

💪This program is really geared toward people who want to learn how to lift safely, build strength, and improve bone density in a supportive group environment.

We’re supposed to get hit with a bunch of snow starting this evening. Since I’ll be coaching for Kinetic Fitness at 3:30pm and 5:00pm, I won’t be able to make a final call about tonight’s Lifting Lab until around 4:30pm.

If Lifting Lab is cancelled:
