Here’s the weekly breakdown:
⚡ Monday – Jerk Focus
🏋️♀️ Tuesday – Back Squat Strength
🔥 Wednesday – Clean Focus
💪 Thursday – Upper Body (Push + Pull)
➡️ Fridays will be reserved in case we need to reschedule (weather, coach sick, emergencies)
This is a 7-week progressive program designed to actually get you stronger:

✔️ Build phase
✔️ Deload
✔️ Retest + celebrate
Whether you’re:
– Brand new and wanting to learn how to lift
– Ready to level up your training and want a structured program to follow
– Coming from postpartum or just getting back into it
– Navigating menopause and wanting to feel strong, capable, and in control of your body again

You can train 1–4x/week depending on your schedule — and still make serious progress.
