👋🏽MEET COACH RENEE
💪🏽We’re excited to welcome Renee Arsenault to the Kinetic coaching team!
🏒⚽️Born and raised on PEI, Renee grew up playing competitive soccer and hockey and went on to compete at the ACAA National Championships with Holland College Soccer.
⛱️These days, you’ll still find her playing in local senior women’s leagues, exploring PEI’s beaches and trails with her family, or planning her next travel adventure.
🚑By profession, Renee is a paramedic, and it’s through both coaching and her work as a first responder that she’s developed a deep appreciation for the role health and fitness play in our lives.
🍎What stands out most about Renee is her belief that fitness should be something people enjoy.
“Fitness is something that should be enjoyable and shouldn’t feel like a chore. Making it fun is what will lead to consistency and progress over time.”
🩷She loves the community that fitness creates and the opportunity to help people work toward goals that are meaningful to them.
“I love how adaptive fitness is and how there is always something for people of all ages and all fitness levels, no matter how much experience you have.”
📚As a coach, Renee believes in balancing accountability with real life. She knows that long-term success isn’t about perfection, it’s about building healthy habits while still making room for the things you love.
“I believe finding a balance in life, allowing yourself to enjoy the little things while working toward a goal that’s achievable for you, is the best way to keep your love for the sport.”
Please join us in giving Renee a warm Kinetic welcome.
🙏🏽 We’re lucky to have her on the coaching team and can’t wait for our community to get to know her.
